The premiere of a new project inspired by the music of Duke Ellington is brought together by awardwinning Loose Tubes/Polar Bear saxophonist Mark Lockheart. Taking some of Ellington’s most respected compositions including ‘Satin Doll’ and ‘Mood Indigo’, Lockheart rearranges these timeless melodies into fascinating, richly-orchestrated new music with an all-star seven-piece group, featuring Seb Rochford, Liam Noble and Tom Herbert.
