Jazz for Toddlers LJF10, by Emile Holba
Learning and Participation
Learning and Participation is central to the London Jazz Festival’s programme. As well as enjoying the concerts on offer over the ten days, we encourage you to delve further into the music by getting involved!
Our Beyond Concerts programme opens the door to music for all age groups, with opportunities to participate on a variety of levels. This year we've produced an exciting array of events covering a wide range of interests including; jazz workshops for toddlers, improvisation workshops for young people, family friendly matinees, master class sessions and the ever popular Hear Me Talkin' To Ya series. There really is something for everyone!
Check out our listings page here for more info.
There is also a great deal of activity taking place behind the scenes. Each year we invite internationally-acclaimed artists into schools and community settings throughout London to share knowledge and inspire young people. Click on the tabs to the left on the screen to find out what we are doing this year.
Most of the projects have performance outcomes, so be sure to come and support!
